1 Day Trek

Dinosaurs & Waterfalls

This trek is especially for those who want to experience the most of Sucre in a short time. 

We offer daily tours to Sucre’s world famous dinosaur footprints site Cal Orck’o, and then hike to the beautiful 7 Waterfalls.

We meet in our office in Calle Loa at 8:45 on weekdays and 9:15 on weekends. We then catch a micro to Parque Cretácico which houses one of the most impressive dinosaur footprint sites in the world.  Walk amongst life-size dinosaur replicas and learn all about dinosaurs and the Cretaceous Period.

Then it’s time to hike.  We walk down into a deep river valley and have lunch in a shady spot overlooking the river.  After lunch we follow the river all the way to the waterfalls where you can take a refreshing dip, explore or just relax by the pools.

We return to Sucre via a short walk up to Alegria and a micro back into town.
