Last month I've visited Sucre and did the 3 days trek with Condor trekkers. Beautifull area where every hour the colours of the rocks seems to change, The food was good and healthy, prepared with care for hygiene, friendly and helpfull staff in the office, good guide (Randall) He's respect the enviroment and the people who lives in the area. The accomodation during the trek was better then I expected. Summary: Go for it!!!

The weather was beautiful and we saw a beautiful eagle flying near us. We arrived into the crater and were greeted by another Condor Trekker tour group, where we shared a wonderful Bolivian dinner prepared by the guides. As an after dinner treat, guide Rogelio played his pan flute and sang us some Bolivian songs. The next day we enjoyed a sunny hike. Renee’s final trek before she leaves Sucre was wonderful.~Mario & Renee
We had heard about this company via another couple and we are so pleased we got to go on a tour. There wasn't enough people doing the three day so we combined with the 2 day and then had a guide and a volunteer to ourselves on the third day, this made the trip even more special. Our guide (Mario) was so lovely and helped me with practicing Spanish along the way. The volunteers made it too, by making us laugh when we were tired and being generally lovely when my boyfriend was poorly. The food was great too and we LOVE meat so were a bit concerned when it was vegetarian only. Do not worry the food is sooo amazing, if all vegetarian food was this good I wouldn't eat meat. Make sure you have muscle rub when you finish your legs will be sore! The guides take coca leaves to give to the locals but it might be nice if you take some with you as well, the locals will love you! Great great great, do this tour with Condor Trekkers.~Emily M,
My friend and I did the 3 day trek and really enjoyed it. Great food, great guides, they are really helpful by email and in the office. We have done quite a few treks around Bolivia/Peru in the last month and think these guys were the best :) Really good quality for money and all for a good cause. Definitely reccomend!!

We recently went on the 3 day Maragua Crater trek with Condor trekkers and thoroughly recommend it. Our guide Ivan was great fun, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The scenery was truly spectacular and we stopped to talk to local people along the way. The food was all excellent and we enjoyed staying in the community run hostels. Condor Trekkers have clearly built up strong relationships with the local communities, and it was great to go on a trek knowing that the money we paid would benefit the people who lived there. A great and inspiring organisation, and we hope that it continues to do well, Thanks so much!

1 Day Dinosaur Footprints.
I have only good things to say about this trek. My friend and I had been travelling south america for 2 months when we got to Sucre. We had been coming from La Paz and felt we needed some exercise and a detox. We saw a sign for Condor and arrived at their office. We met the Australian man who ran the place and he was so funny!! There were meant to be other people on our tour but they didnt turn up and although there was meant to be 3 or more on a tour because we had turned up we went anyway with 1 guide, 1 volunteer and us two. The dinosaur footprints were cool. Nothing too hectic but nice to say you were there. Then we trekked out into the countryside and yes we did travel hastily but we were delighted as sometimes trekking is held up by slower people. We saw all we needed to see and we even climed some waterfalls and had a swim. The food was fit for a king, loads of fruit and vegetables, eggs and bread. We really had our detox day. We got a bus back with locals and you saw how Bolivians really lived (nothing like in Sucre city). A thoroughly enjoyable and well organised trek.

Great daytrip with great guide Henry and wonderful volunteer Rupert. The Dinosaur Parc isn't great but a fun stop and a good way to see some dinosaur footprints from far at least. The hike is not too difficult and passes by beautiful scenery. It's up to the hikers up to which waterfall they'd like to go. An absolute wonderful way to spend your day!
